This page is prepared for a future city-level pricing snapshot. It does not publish averages, rankings, savings figures, or final conclusions until observed photographer pricing coverage is available and labeled.

Snapshot methodology

Built for changing and incomplete pricing data

Observed pricing means a photographer or studio has a public price, package, or price range available from a source captured for the snapshot.

Every city-level takeaway must show a coverage label, such as the number of listed photographers with observed pricing out of the total reviewed.

Inferred pricing is excluded from public averages until a separate inferred-data methodology is defined and clearly labeled.

The first public report will be a dated pricing snapshot. Future snapshots can update the conclusions as pricing coverage changes.

Updated conclusion

Used when a newer pricing snapshot changes a takeaway because observed coverage improved or prices changed.

Older snapshots may be superseded when prices change or more observed pricing becomes available. The page should make that evolution visible instead of pretending the first dataset is permanent.
